Over the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals on their mental health journeys as a licensed clinical social worker. I believe healing happens in spaces where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard, and I strive to create that kind of environment for every person I work with at my practice. 

 

My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, and I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT and EMDR to help you process experiences, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity. At the same time, I take a holistic view of healing, honoring the deep connection between mind and body. I’m also a Reiki Master, and for those who are interested, I offer Reiki as a seperate service to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

 

In addition to my professional training, I bring lived experiences with pregnancy and infant loss, the loss of a parent, the loss of a beloved furry companion, and other personal losses. These experiences allow me to meet grief with deep empathy and understanding, and to gently support those navigating similar paths in a way that feels compassionate, validating, and real.

 

I work primarily with individuals ages 10 and older and currently offer telehealth sessions, creating a space where you can show up as you are from the comfort of your own environment. Our work together will be supportive and honest, with compassion at the center, and “tough love” when it’s needed to help you grow. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or seeking personal growth, you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and authenticity, helping you reconnect with your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
