If your insurance is not listed above that means we are out of network with your insurance at this time. You can contact your insurance carrier to ask if your plan offers out of network benefits. 

Office Policies

  • Payment or co-pay are expected at time of service.

  • A receipt will be provided to out-of-network clients for reimbursement by their insurance company.

  • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a session - otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged.
