Services 

I offer a compassionate, integrative approach to individual therapy that meets you where you are. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or challenges in parenting, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered. Using evidence-based practices alongside holistic techniques, we work together to promote healing, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

I am currently accepting new patients for telehealth services for ages 10 and up. I am in-network with Anthem, Aetna, Connecticare, Cigna, United Behavioral Health, and Medicaid/Husky, and I also offer private pay options. If you are uninsured, please feel free to reach out to the office to discuss sliding scale fees options as I am here to support you in getting the care you need.

 

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

 

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps the brain process and release distressing experiences that may feel “stuck.” It can be especially effective for trauma, as well as anxiety and depression, by reducing emotional intensity and helping you develop a greater sense of safety, clarity, and control.

 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

 

CBT focuses on identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. Through practical tools and strategies, CBT can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve coping skills, and support more balanced, constructive ways of thinking.

Healing Parents, Healing the Family 

 

Parenting can bring up so much more than day-to-day challenges as it often stirs parts of your own childhood, past wounds, and family dynamics that shaped who you are today. In our work together, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore those experiences with care and curiosity. As you begin to understand and heal your own patterns, you can respond to your child with greater intention, patience, and connection. This process not only strengthens your relationship with your child, but also creates an opportunity for deep personal healing, helping you break generational cycles, and show up as the parent you want to be.


 

Grief Support 

 

Grief can feel deeply isolating and overwhelming, especially when the loss is complex or not always openly understood. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can process your grief at your own pace and in your own way. I have both professional training and personal experience with losses that allow me to  support individuals through pregnancy and infant loss, the loss of a beloved pet, and the death of a parent, all of which can carry profound and lasting impact. I also support those navigating anticipatory grief, helping you cope with the emotions that arise when facing an expected loss. Together, we honor your story, make space for your emotions, and gently work toward finding meaning, connection, and moments of steadiness in the midst of loss.

 

Reiki

 

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that supports both mental and physical well-being. It can help reduce stress, ease emotional tension, and promote a deeper sense of balance and calm. Reiki works on the subtle energy of the body to support natural healing, helping you feel more centered, grounded, and restored. I offer Reiki both in person and remotely through distance healing, so you can experience its benefits wherever you are.
