Rates 

Payment is expected at time of service. Please see below for payment options and insurance companies for which I am an in-network provider. A receipt will be provided for out-of-network clients so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance company.

Accepted Payment Methods

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel a session, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.
