Nadiya Dolce

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Reiki Practitioner

 Nadiya's passion lies in empowering individuals and families to overcome trauma, behavioral, emotional, and socio-economic issues that are negatively impacting their lives. Her clinical work experience includes providing intensive in-home child and adolescent psychiatric services (IICAPS) for children at risk of being removed from their homes due to behavioral difficulties and acute psychiatric needs, individual and family therapy at the outpatient level, as well as direct care work with children and adolescents living in group home and residential facilities. She collaborates with providers such as DCF, Juvenile Probation, Doctors, and school systems to ensure her clients are given the resources and support they need to be successful in every aspect of their lives. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut's School of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. She is trained in Advance Level Reiki, EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and in Parent Management Training.

"Life happens, trust me I know. Having overcome challenges throughout my life, everyday I bring my passion and experiences to the work I do with my clients. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, and not where I think they should be. Everyone heals at their own pace, and I respect that. At the same time, if I think you can handle it, I give a big dose of tough love when you need it! After all, somebody has to tell you about yourself! My clients tell me that my sense of humor, customized approach, and respect for their personal and cultural beliefs allows them to feel at ease during their sessions. I put a strong emphasis on making their therapeutic experience a team and strengths based approach. I believe that in order for treatment to be successful, you have to be invested and help develop treatment goals that are practical and suit your specific needs and abilities. William Dolce

Mentor, Life Coach, and Reiki Practitioner 

B.A. / B.S. / MBA

A native of the Greater Waterbury area, William is a mentor and life coach at OLO. He speaks English, Spanish, and German. He completed his undergraduate degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering, and EuroTech German with a minor in International Business from the University of Connecticut. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. Through his life coaching, Will provides his clients with support on creating and implementing their personal and professional goals as well as helping them achieve financial stability. In addition, he is a business consultant for small businesses and assists larger organizations with operations, manufacturing, and supply chain issues. Will is also an Advance level Reiki practitioner and uses this practice to  assist his clients with restoring emotional and physical balance in their lives.
